  Had my windshield replaced on 5/17, was told I would get a $100 rebate, which is honestly the only reason I went there. Got to the business and they were running behind because the lady befor me showed up late. Not a big deal. Then the refund is reduced from 100 to 75. Again fine, not a huge deal. I went and deposited the check to have it bounce and charge me additional $15 because it bounced. I have repeatedly called to ask where the money is. The only answer I've ever received is that I'm "on the list" and that it's "being taken care of." The last time I called I was firm with the lady on the phone. Said I wanted a more definite answer than " they're working on it." She got extremely rude with me. No way to run a business. Regardless of whatever situation happened, I've worked retail for 10years before and would never have dreamed of speaking to a customer the way this woman was speaking to me. She told me by the 31st I would have my money. So now it's September and I have not heard from them, never got a check or any money, and they've basically stole $15 from me because of their check bouncing. I urge everyone to use a different company and don't fall for the rebate bs they feed you.
