  We bought a double diamond slot machine from them, dollar bill accepter shredded bills from day one called they send someone over he pulls it out and does nothing to it puts it back in and says it should work now it only accepted one pristine dollar bill and shredded all others, mind you it only accepts older bills no new color bills, we complain and they say take it out and bring it in so we do months go by and nothing then we finally get of back nothing changed still does the same thing. Every time we call they day they'll send someone out, no body shows or calls back Now they claim they can't find our info at all. Hmmm they are a rip off
