  Sad to say that in the last 2 -3 years the quality of the care and care partners has diminished greatly. The has been a high rate of turnover in staffing, building maintenance has suffered, and corners have been cut in the name of budgeting. If I could move my parent out I would, but the handful of "quality / caring" people who remain make staying on at HG easier. When it was new and under different management things were much better.
