  Don't ever use these people for your taxes unless you want to pay out the nose and not have them NOT keep their promises or stand behind their work! They did not send in our taxes in 2014 although we paid them hundreds of dollars to do so. They didn't want to do anything to make that right, but insisted that since we had purchased the Peace of Mind, they would pay any penalties or interest we incurred due to their error. When we did indeed get penalties due to their negligence, they refused to pay it.
  This office is a huge scam and if you do business here you are asking to be taken advantage of and pay huge fees for nothing in return.
