    The younger guy at the front counter was very rude. We came to get my sisters permit and he asked her if she studied and she said yes, he said are you sure, she said yes so he said very snobby, yeah we'll see. Then my mom went to ask him a question and stood there for a good 5 minutes and he completely ignored her. Until she said something and then he rudely said WHAT?! You really should consider hiring nicer people to run the front desk. I have a problem with them every time I am here.

    Whoever thought it would be faster to take the chairs out and make lines that you stand in for hours before getting helped needs to be fired, then I witnessed a DMV employee yelling at a lady (that obviously had medical issues and was needing to sit down). That lady needs to be fired, unacceptable, then as we are still waiting I am watching employees stand around for 30 minutes and visit with each other, I get they need breaks but do it in the back rooms or outside, I am so so disappointed in this new system, IT DOESNT WORK.
