  We were so excited to get out onto the lake, and had been waiting for weeks for our trip to finally happen. We did our due diligence in checking which rental places allowed dogs since we take ours everywhere we go. After driving all the way from Phoenix and planning our whole trip we were turned away without so much as even an apology. The lady at the table was very curt and annoyed that we even asked. I have never seen someone in prescott be that rude. We will not be coming back and will actively recommend other places. Please ensure that dog rules are posted clearly and correctly on the website to prevent further incidents from other upset customers.

  A great weekend activity. Thoroughly enjoyed and reasonable rental prices. They were extremely polite about the weather situation - it was rainy and there were delays. They also stated that I wouldn't be charged more if I was caught out in the storm and wanted to take refuge!
  Generally a nice experience and thoroughly recommended.
  Finally - The ladies working at the kayak rental are just awesome - helpful and willing to help.
