  They have managed my properties for 12 years, and their care and attention to the smallest details is excellent. I live in California. They are honest and trustworthy. I never even have to think about my properties, and one time I did not visit them for 4 years. When I did, they were well maintained, clean, and like the day I purchased them. They can be tough/firm with bad tenants, and have gone to court for me. If they are good tenants, they are treated great. If they ever retire, I might just sell my properties and get out of Prescott. If a tenant is living in a rundown property, blame the landlord or the tenant. This Co. gets permission to improve or fix anything substantial, otherwise they routinely fix the door, toilet, garage, plumbing, or whatever.

  Worst place to rent from. Faith is a total liar and a thief. We rented from them for 2 years. Do not expect anything to be fixed. It took them over a year to fix an issue that we had with the bathtub. Communication is ridiculous. If she gets tired of talking with you or doesn't like that you are asking to repair something she will just hang up on you. She is VERY VERY RUDE. Also she does not reply to emails. I do not recommend ever renting from them. The state needs to be aware of the condition of a home you are renting. Also do not expect a deposit back. We got half of our back after leaving the home move in ready and much better condition then when we got it. If you rent from them this is your only warning DON'T. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE.
