  TERRIBLE!! RIP OFF! NOT TRUSTABLE! DON'T RENT FROM THEM EVER!!! Their maintenance man is a liar and they charged us when we moved out for a bunch of stuff that we didn't do that was there from before. We left the property in great shape and they kept almost all our $950 deposit. AWFUL!!!! Every person I talk to I would NEVER EVER recommend them!! Very dishonest and sneaky. I hate to even put one star because they don't even deserve that. Awful!

  In trying to find a property that would rent to college students, we found TNT most helpful and professional. Most of our correspondence was done long distance and they were always prompt in their response. We gave a list of repairs/touch ups that were needed upon move -in and they were done in a timely fashion. I would recommend TNT to other prospective renters.
